To cancel your plan, a 90-day advance notice in writing is required. Please note that hardware or software licensing/contracts are bound by their respective terms, and exit fees may be applicable.
If you exceed the allocated hours in your plan, don't worry. We will manage the additional hours by adjusting your plan to the next tier, rather than charging you on a per-hour basis, unless otherwise communicated. We expect all hardware to be covered by warranty and third-party software to be properly licensed.
Ensuring the security of your systems is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, it is essential that security measures such as antivirus software, backups, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) are in place.
Our support plans are designed to address day-to-day issues and challenges that may arise. However, please be aware that any new installations or projects, including device installs, upgrades, or implementations of new systems, will be charged separately.
Please note that certain services are excluded from our support plans. These include website creation/changes or maintenance, SQL database creation/changes or maintenance, 3rd party software installations or upgrades, security systems, and unlicensed software support or installation.
